Italian Tiramisu
Learn how to make authentic Italian tiramisu from scratch. In this class you will learn the following :-

Bake savoiardi sponge from scratch (Italian chefs never use pre-packaged sponge fingers!)
How to make your mascarpone mousse with a pate bombe base
Preparation of espresso syrup for soaking the cake.
Techniques to assemble and decorate your tiramisu cake.

Each participant will take home a 7 x 2-inch tiramisu cake.

This is not a demo but a hands-on baking class, everyone will prepare this menu in groups of at least 4pax. The cost includes ingredients, use of kitchen equipment, aprons, etc.

Payments for classes at Buonissimo are non-refundable (unless the class is cancelled by Buonissimo) and non-transferable.

We require a minimum of 6 participants to start a class, otherwise the class will be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, all participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the class commencement.

If you are unable to attend a class that you have booked and paid for, you are welcome to send a replacement on your behalf, just notify us of this arrangement.

However, we are strictly unable to refund class fees and all payments made are final.
