From humble beginnings on a meetup group, Buonissimo was started based on the same idea - to bring foodies, home cooks, amateurs or even professionals together to socialize around the wonderful art of cooking. It doesn't matter if you're an amateur or a trained novice, the goal for each and every class is to learn something new that you can replicate in your very own kitchen.
At Buonissimo you can expect affordable hands-on cooking classes and learn how to prepare themed menus from exotic international cuisines - such as Greek, Mexican or even Moroccan. All workshops are hands on, fun & interactive and at the same time you get to pick up some culinary basics and 101s.
We are also available for private events and corporate team building. We offer a variety of teambuilding challenges (including the MasterChef Challenge) and also incorporate fun elements such as "The secret ingredient" and a Mystery box challenge. Please contact us for more information.
Our Resident Chef
Hailing from good ol’ Singapore, an amazing city which is heralded as one of the greatest food capitals in all of Asia, Jes began cooking at the very early age of 9. Her parents imparted to her the interest, curiosity and love for food and Jes's insatiable passion for food and cooking has been kept alive and evolved over the years.
Her extensive travels to many hidden corners of beautiful european and asian cities has opened her mind and tastebuds to the different flavours the world has to offer. This has inspired her to cultivate her very own unique style that focuses on fresh and top-quality ingredients.
Jes completed her formal Pastry Chef training at Chef Academy in Umbria, Italy where she had the opportunity to learn from many professional and Michelin starred chefs.
